You will be asked to pay 30% of the rental price as a deposit + €25 booking fee, or the full amount for short stays and 30 days before arrival.

We accept payment by credit card (secure payment), by cheque more than 20 days before arrival only, vacation vouchers, cash, bank transfer and bancontact.

Cancellation insurance is an optional package payable in full only when you book your vacation. It corresponds to 3.5% of the stay. This guarantee ensures the reimbursement of sums paid (by providing proof) and applies in the cases listed in the General Sales Conditions.

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. If you wish to spread the cost of your stay over several periods, this is possible, as long as the total amount of your stay is actually paid before this deadline.

All cancellations must be notified by post or e-mail.

You will be charged :

• more than 30 days before your stay: €125 will be charged.
• less than 30 days: the entire stay is billed and non-refundable.

Application fees and cancellation insurance will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

We strongly advise you to take out rental cancellation insurance.

Comforters and pillows are provided with the rental. Please bring your own sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases and household linen. Please check the size of double beds.

Yes, bed linen rental is €18/bed/stay.

Rental is €16/bed or highchair otherwise. Subject to availability. It is advisable to order them when booking.

The cleaning fee is €80 for 2-bedroom mobile homes and €100 for 3-bedroom and Taos mobile homes. It must be taken at the time of booking.

All accommodations and pitches have space for one vehicle directly on site or in the immediate vicinity.
If you are bringing a second vehicle, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot at the entrance to the establishment, subject to availability and payment of a supplement.

Television is included in all our rentals.

We ask for a deposit of 125€ + 25€ booking fee.

The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival (by credit card, bank transfer, cash or vacation vouchers only).

All cancellations must be notified by post or e-mail. The 125€ deposit and the 25€ booking fee will be retained until D-30. After this date, the full amount of the stay will be retained (except for cancellation insurance).

The indoor pool is open from 01/05 to 31/08/2026.
The outdoor pool area is open from 14/05 to 31/08/26.

9am to 12:15pm and 2pm to 6:30pm in May-June and 9am to 7pm in July-August.

Rental: arrival from 4pm, departure before 10am.

Pitches: arrival from 2pm, departure before 12am.

This is a tax levied by local authorities (commune, département), which we collect on their behalf. This tax is based on the number of participants and the number of nights. It is added to the price of your stay.

Yes, in this case you’ll need to leave your rental keys in our letterbox on your departure.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Yes, both our aquatic areas are heated.

Swimming shorts are tolerated for pool use only.

Inflatables and balloons are prohibited.

Safety instructions are posted at pool entrances.

You can rent bikes for half a day (€9) or a full day (€12).

The campsite is equipped with a children’s playground, an inflatable structure, a games room (ping-pong tables, table soccer, TV room), sports and leisure facilities, multi-sports fields (city-stadium, mini-tennis, basketball, volleyball, pétanque), a soccer pitch and a small lake (introduction to fishing authorized).In July and August, the campsite also offers 3/4 evening entertainment every week and sports activities throughout the day (sports tournaments, etc.).

Club Maya welcomes children aged 5 to 10 for 5 mornings a week from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday to Friday during the summer school vacations.

Yes, there is a free but limited wifi zone.

Yes, there’s a laundromat.
